We don't just click through the setup screens. We install the right drivers, apply updates, set up your accounts and make sure your essential software is ready to use. And where possible, we'll back up your important files before making any changes.
Before you book: please have your Microsoft account details and any software licence keys to hand. We don't supply Windows licence keys, but we'll tell you exactly what's needed for your machine.

First we check the hardware is healthy and back up your important files where possible.

Your files, accounts, software and printer are set up, then everything is tested before collection.
Do you need an SSD too?
If your computer is a few years old, a clean Windows install combined with an SSD upgrade is often the best value performance boost you can buy. We can clone your existing drive where possible, preserving your files and programs. See our computer repairs page for details.
