Download TeamViewer from the official website, then run the program. You don't need to install anything permanently.
Share your session
Read the ID and password to us over the phone. You'll be able to watch everything on screen and end the session whenever you like.
Your security matters. Only start a remote session when you've spoken to us and are ready. We'll never ask you to install anything other than TeamViewer, and you can end the session at any time.
