Get in touch and book your laptop or computer in for repair. We'll take your details, note the problem and record an inventory of everything left with us. We then diagnose the fault, explain your options and only start work once you're happy with the quote.
What does your "No Fix, No Fee" policy cover?
If we can't find the fault or can't repair your device, you'll have nothing to pay. It's very rare, but sometimes a repair isn't economic — for example, when a replacement motherboard costs more than the device is worth. We'll always tell you honestly and try to repair things without unnecessary parts where we can.
How long will a repair take?
Software-related repairs usually take between 1 and 7 working days. If parts need ordering, allow around 3–5 working days for them to arrive and be fitted. We'll keep you updated along the way.
Can I wait while you repair my device?
We don't allow customers to wait during repairs, for health and safety reasons and because repairs can take several hours. We'll let you know as soon as your device is ready to collect.
